Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours within the time of purchase. After this time period, we have already begin processing on your order and will not be able to cancel the order.
Order packages can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. Even though we fully understand customers want to receive their orders as soon as possible, we suggest customers to wait up to 14 - 21 days just in case there is some hold up in the postal service. Please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation if you are still waiting for your products after 21 days.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your order or change your mind after purchase, you can return any products (defective or non defective) in your order within 48 hours of receipt.
For non defective products, the order shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount which will be credited back to your original payment method.
For defective products, the product plus the order shipping cost will be fully refunded.
All refunds will require the customer to be responsible for the return shipping payment. Once the ordered package is returned to us, we will then perform inspection, process your request and process refund. Refunds can take up to thirty days to show on your credit statement. These delays are due to credit card and bank processing times. We do not provide cash or check refunds for security reasons.
We require all items that are being shipped back to have a shipping service that supply a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If a product is returned in any condition other than it's original state, we hold the right to reject your return and not issue the refund. You will be responsible for paying the full return shipping of your products.
